Ola Martex round meeting table

Martex Ola meeting table with round top characterised by its strength and distinctive personality. Elliptical shaped base in white lacquered or leather upholstery finish, which collects and protects within itself all the energy that emanates around it. Ola, was shortlisted for the I.DoT 2009 - Italian Design Tour award, but also won the Red Dot Design Award 2010 and the Good Design Award 2009. Round and oval tops are available in walnut, lacquered, leather or glass.

OLA MARTEX MEETING TABLE STRUCTURE:

Meeting table made with tops in:

• Wooden top: made of 30 mm thick MDF veneered in linden veneer with a walnut finish on the upper side and counter-lacquered on the lower side, with a transparent acrylic varnish. The perimeter edge is bevelled at 30°, the upper side is rounded with a radius of 2 mm. The top is fixed to the base by means of metric-pitch screws and threaded inserts.
• Matt lacquered tops: made of 30 mm thick MDF, polyester-coated on both sides, painted with matt embossed polyurethane varnishes in the colours of the material swatch book. The perimeter edge is bevelled at 30°, the top is rounded with a radius of 2 mm. The top is fixed to the base by means of metric-pitch screws and threaded inserts.
• Lacquered glass tops: made of 12 mm thick tempered glass with a flat polished edge, they are available lacquered in the finishes of the material swatch book. The glass top is glued to a 25 mm thick chipboard sub-top with 1.5 mm thick ABS edging.
• Leather tops: made of 30 mm thick MDF panel, suitably profiled, are upholstered in the upper part and along the profile with Cat. G leather or Cat. E eco-leather. Depending on the dimensions per top, aesthetic stitching is provided to allow a better choice of leathers and avoid natural defects. All tops are lacquered on the underside to match the leather on the upper side.
• Cristalplant plinths: one-piece plinth made of mineral filler and acrylic-based polyester resin.

Legs available in:

• Cristalplant plinths: one-piece plinth made of mineral filler and acrylic-based polyester resin in matt white, with variable thickness section to optimise weight and structural hold. In the desk and meeting table D. 2400 mm the lower part is fitted with levelling feet screwed onto metric threaded inserts. In the round base D. 600/800 mm, the central part is provided with a hole for the passage of cables inside.
• Lacquered plinth: the Cristalplant plinth can be lacquered with matt or glossy polyurethane lacquers available in the material swatch book.
• Leather plinth: it is upholstered in bonded leather on the outer side, with aesthetic vertical stitching to allow for better adaptability of the leather to the concave shape of the plinth and to avoid natural defects. The inner side is always painted with matt polyurethane embossed varnishes.
