Advance Ergogreen double bed base

Advance by Ergogreen is a bed base made with different wooden staves of various shapes and sizes, depending on the area to be supported:

• In the shoulder and pelvis area the slats are shaped like seagull wings, this unique shape well suited to accommodate protruding parts of the body, such as the shoulder and pelvis. The milling processes make the slats in the shoulder area more elastic, while the stiffness adjusters allow the load-bearing capacity to be adjusted in the pelvis area;

• In the lumbar region there are slats that are perfect for supporting the curve of lordosis;
• The other areas of the body are supported by slats designed to hold the body and mattress up to the edge.
  
  

Each of advance's slats is connected to the bed frame by a SEBS joint with its unique wave design, allowing the stiffness of the ergonomic support to be varied and adjusted by means of a special mechanism.

Advance is also available in the Advance flush-frame configuration with the swing joint flush with the frame to ensure minimum frame dimensions (6 cm), making it easier to fit inside beds.



In both the flush-frame and normal versions, the Advance bed base is available with a frame:

• With electrical movement system

ADVANCE ERGOGREEN DOUBLE BED BASE STRUCTURE:

The structure of Ergogreen nets is designed and manufactured to last over time without deforming, made of multilayer beech from FSC-certified forests with mandatory reforestation and recyclable materials.

The frame has a thickness of 6 x 3 cm, this is the section that is best suited to be inserted inside an existing bed and Catas tests show that it has excellent resistance to vertical static load tests on the edge of the bed base. Cherry finish frame with Ø 7.5 cm conical legs and a height of 25 cm. Equipped with rubber corner pieces that allow the net to achieve a high level of aesthetic performance and prevent the structure from squeaking because it separates the wooden parts. In addition, the rounded shape and soft rubber cushion any shocks, making the structure safer.

Ergogreen nets are available in an electrically driven version, equipped with 2 motors of 4500N, which are fast in lifting and high performance, silent and also environmentally friendly, as they stand out for their low energy consumption. In the event of a power failure, the bed base is equipped with an emergency battery that allows the backrest and footboard to be lowered at any time.
It is also possible to accessorize the net with more powerful motors (6500N), or even with radio frequency control.

As standard, Ergogreen bed frames are equipped with 25 cm high conical legs; legs with heights of 30, 35 or 40 cm are available on request.
